Great resort and very popular with all ages. Cala'n Bosch has a friendly upbeat atmosphere with everything you will need on your holiday! Thanks to Trevor Chapman's photograph capturing the ambience the boats and restaurants in the evening.

Location: On the far southwest coast just south of Ciutadella. By road, it's one of the furthest trecks from the Menorca airport, but don't let that put you off, it's well worth it.
A taxi from the airport costs around 66 to 78 Euros depending on the tariff. See Menorca Taxi fares page to explain more.

Around the town of Cala'n Bosch
A beautiful harbour is a centerpiece of where the town has developed around. This is a modern resort with plenty of life and bags of atmosphere and has some wonderful restaurants and many serving up fresh seafood which is a delight.

We loved a stroll around in the evening and checking out some of the stalls from where you can pick up an ideal souvenir or unique piece of Menorcan art. Highly recommended and my wife is guaranteed to buy a tea towel or three!

If you are not in the mood for a stroll, let the train take the strain. When I say train, I mean the mini-train which runs around on the roads of the district and calls into Son Xoriguer.
Everything You Need..
You have most of the facilities and amenities you will need on your stay. There are Restaurants where the majority are around the marina, some great bars, supermarkets for your groceries, banks and chemists. Anything else is on hand at the nearby town Ciutadella.

Cala'n Bosch Beach life
Cala'n Bosch and Son Xoriguer beaches are some of the best. Menorca has over 100+ beaches on the island, and this resort has to be up there near the top of the list for excellence.
Lots of beach facilities and clear blue waters make it an absolute delight. We loved to while away the time down on the beach taking in the rays. Fantastic.

Menorca Water Sports
You will find lots of different water sports businesses offering equipment hire, lessons for windsurfing, and sailing (including catamaran sailing). Canoes are also available and if you are fit enough, why not try a bit of jet skiing?

Glass bottom boat

Amigo's Boat Trips
From the port of Cala'n Bosch a Glass Bottom Boat departs twice a day from Amigo's Boat Trips for a trip along the beaches of southwest Menorca.
The rear part of the boat has a glass bottom, so you can watch the fish from the boat. And since the water is crystal clear, we can fully enjoy the underwater world of Menorca during the boat trip.

The boat trip sails along well-known beaches such as Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta. Along the way, the crew gives us a lot of information about what we encounter along the way.
You can even sail past a rock that can be seen in one of the Pirates of the Caribean films.
